Cancellation Policy
🌸 Petals & Picnics Booking Policy – Flower Valley Orchards 🌸 We’re so excited to welcome you for a dreamy picnic among the flowers! To help make your experience smooth and enjoyable, please review our booking policy below: Food & Picnic Add-Ons - Food is not automatically included in your Petals & Picnics booking. - You are welcome to bring your own food, or you may add food items from Gather & Graze during the online checkout process. - To include food with your picnic, please visit the Petals & Picnics page on our website, add your desired items to your cart, and check out at the same time as your picnic booking. Booking Deposit & Cancellations - A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your picnic. - Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least one week (7 days) prior to your scheduled picnic date. - Cancellations made within one week of your picnic date are non-refundable. - The rest of payment is due upon arrival to your picnic via check, cash, Venmo, or credit/debit card. Weather Policy - In the event of severe weather, you may reschedule your picnic to another available date within the current season. - If rescheduling is not possible due to weather, we will issue a gift card for the full value of your deposit, valid for future bookings at Flower Valley Orchards. Arrival & Duration - Picnic sessions are timed experiences. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your booking. - Early arrivals or late departures may affect setup or takedown of other bookings. Guest Responsibilities - Please clean up any personal items or trash before you leave. We provide waste and recycling bins on site. - Outside alcohol is not permitted unless specified otherwise in event-specific guidelines.
